How long is my experience?
If you have booked into a grotto at the Bradford Industrial Museum then your experience will last approximately 20 minutes. Please arrive at the waiting area approximately 5 minutes before the time stated in your confirmation email so you can be booked in and given your badge before seeing Santa.
If you are booked for the grotto at Cliffe Castle then your experience lasts approximately 20 minutes. Please arrive at the Waiting Area approximately 15 minutes before the time stated on your confirmation email so you can write a letter or draw a picture for Santa and be booked in and given your badge before seeing Santa.
Is booking essential?
We aim to have a small number of tickets available on site, but please book to avoid disappointment as these places will not be guaranteed. The price of the ticket includes the Booking Fee.
Is this an individual visit to see Santa?
This is for a group of children and a maximum of two adults per child. You will have the opportunity for individual photos with Santa. Children must be supervised throughout their visit to Cliffe Castle.
Is there a charge for babies under 12 months old?
No, they are free if they are with a fee paying sibling and you do not want them to receive a gift.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets booked online will be emailed directly to the email address provided, once payment has been confirmed.
Do you offer refunds?
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are late for your allocated time slot or cannot make your session for any reason, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. If possible we will try and offer an alternative time or day.
